Order Cancellations

We understand plans can change! If you need to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible via email: orders@farmfed.co.za or contact Cas – 078 894 1786.

Orders cancelled at least 24 hours before your scheduled collection time will be eligible for a full refund to your original payment method.

Orders cancelled less than 24 hours before collection are generally not eligible for a refund, as preparation may have already begun. However, please get in touch with us to discuss, and we'll do our best to assist.
