But what sets our meat apart is the specialised preparation process it undergoes. Before these fresh cuts of beef reach the coals, they undergo a rigorous and specialised process. These meat preparation facilities have the capacity, perfect conditions, and equipment to allow whole beef quarters to fully mature before the popular cuts are hand selected.
